Oakwoods Drainage System Report
David Lamb, an expert forester and horticulturist, has provided several research documents regarding the association's
drainage system. We appreciate his assistance in our continued efforts to manage our Commons areas more effectively.
His findings were used as the basis for the successful Volunteer Day which was held on March 31st.
Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) Consulation
Dave Lamb was requested to provide a consultation on the health of our Commons areas as it relates to the EAB epidemic that a number of communities are struggling with. Dave presented his
findings to the Board and fellow association members on May 19th. An electronic copy of Dave's report has been made
available and will also be posted along with the meeting minutes. For those who attended, the Board thanks you for you support in this and other issues concerning our subdivision.
